Meet and Consult with Naz Amini

We would like to welcome back Naz Amini to our team of trained professionals, which includes naturopathic doctors, certified nutritionists, holistic health counselors and clinical herbalists. Naz will be available for phone consults on Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm. We are also fortunate to have her contributing to our blog.
Naz was a familiar face at Village Green Apothecary starting in 2002. She has been a licensed clinical nutritionist over the last 10 years. She holds a Master of Science degree in human nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, providing her with a strong foundation in biochemistry, science and practice of nutraceutical therapy.
As an integrative nutritionist and a lifestyle educator, Naz provides individual wellness counseling using current technologies and diagnostic tools. She specializes in autoimmune conditions, gut-related issues and brain health. Her philosophy is, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure,” which is attributed to Ben Franklin.
Village Green Apothecary offers a variety of wellness consultations, including diet and supplement plans based on specialized, cutting-edge testing such as nutrient analysis, adrenal and sex hormone tests, neurotransmitter tests, food sensitivity panels and more.
