Love this stuff! I use a measuring spoon to get the right dosage. I always feel less edgy and anxious when I take it. I mix it in a little water. Tastes a little bit like vitamin C, it's not foul or anything. Also good idea to skip a few days as it's more effective. I highly recommend it.
