Village Green Apothecary - Return Policy

Products may be returned with the following conditions (minus shipping charges).

Pathway brand supplements:

• Pathway supplements may be returned for a full refund if unopened and in resalable condition within 100 days.
• Opened Pathway supplements may be returned for store credit within 100 days.

Other nutritional supplements:

• Unopened and in resalable condition supplements may be returned for a full refund within 30 days or for a store credit within 100 days.
• Opened supplements may be returned for store credit within 100 days.

Personal care products

• May be returned within 30 days only if they are still sealed and in resalable condition.

The following items may not be returned:

• Refrigerated items
• Books
• Over-the-counter (OTC) items
• Prescriptions and compounds
• Special order products
• Braces and personal wear
