Going for Green Tea
I am a coffee lover. I love the smell of it brewing in the coffee pot in the morning, I love the way it tastes and the way it perks me up in the morning (pun intended). However, I am a three cup (at least) coffee drinker per day, and I know the beating it takes on my adrenal glands, and waistline ( I add sugar and cream to it) ... and I know this isn't good. So, starting today,...

READ MOREThe Squat is Still King
Boyd Eppley, founder of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), stated at the 2009 Nebraska NSCA State Conference, “The squat is still king.” This is why that is an accurate statement: When you are able to perform the free weight back squat correctly and with full depth and good posture, it will be the...

READ MORERed Wine for Slim Waistline
My parents are European, and as far as I can remember red wine has been at the table with meals. In fact, my father makes his own wine every September from scratch. Picks his grapes, squishes them in his garage and presses that yummy juice into barrels where it ferments for months before being bottled...

READ MOREMS Awareness Week: March 8-14
Multiple sclerosis is a complex disease. While it is most often diagnosed in young adults, aged 15 to 40, we know that it affects children, some as young as two years old. The impact is felt by family, friends and by the community. MS is unpredictable, affecting vision, hearing, memory, balance and mobility. Its effects...

READ MOREFlu Update
It has been a week since Joe (my son) came down with the flu. After taking probiotics, ear oil, oscillococcinum and vitamin D3, Joe is left with a slight runny nose. We just returned from the doc and the ear infection is gone and appetite is back. Basically, I have my very active 13 month...

READ MOREMarch – Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month
Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer affecting men and women in the United States. The risk increases with age (>50 years), but when caught early is often curable. READ MOREHeart Health
Other than fat loss, it seems the most popular reason to perform cardio routines is for heart health. Helgurud, et al (2004) found high intensity aerobic exercise is superior to moderate exercise as well when studying stable patients with coronary artery disease. Dr. Al Sears, author of the book “The Doctor’s Heart Cure,” is quoted...

READ MOREPeanut Allergy Cure?
Researchers in Britain believe they may soon be able to cure children of peanut allergies by feeding them tiny doses of peanut flour so that they eventually build a tolerance. They tested a small group of children and had some success. The next goal is to test a larger group of children over the next...

READ MOREVitamin D and Your Health: Why you want to pay attention to this vital nutrient
The headline article in my recent edition of Ellen’s Healthy Bites, an email newsletter I send out once per month that is full of the most relevant health/nutrition topic of the day, was “Vitamin D: A Public Service Announcement”. I felt so strongly that it was imperative to educate my readership about the important issue...

READ MOREMangosteen Reduces Inflammation
In a recent randomized, double blind, placebo controlled study, 2 cups of mangosteen juice a day was found to reduce c-reactive protein (CRP) levels in the blood. CRP is a protein made by the body which indicates inflammation and is a marker for some diseases, like heart disease and lupus. Mangosteen has been touted recently...

from 588 reviewsJust started taking this mag glycinate. Hoping it will help with sleep issues.
Highly recommended by my acupuncturist! It is a powerhouse!
I started useing this at first sign of tingling like others have mentioned and I reapply every two hours throughout the day . Its strong stuff just a thin layer needed. I'm on day 3 of use and my cold sore is 1/3 the size it normally gets . And no pain or irritation . I feel like it's starting to heal up already . Recommended to keep useing it even past the time you think it's going away. I really like this but have to eat tic tacos cause leaves strong taste in mouth . It's totally worth it !!!
I stated taking Nattokinase as part of a precautionary Spike protein detox. Since this is a preventative for me, not a corrective hard to tell if it’s working. But, it’s also supposed to help with Cardiovascular function.
it's very helpful to treat my allergies and sinus indeed. Works well!!! Thank you!!
Magnesium (citrate)
Gets rid of my cough quickly. Arrived promptly. I recommend.
I appreciate the very prompt and helpful service
I live in the desert. My sinus’s are always dry and in the spring I am bothered by allergies when certain plants start blooming. I prefer not to take allergy meds since they make me tired so I rely on this and herbal nasal spray to get me through.
I have used Newton's Menopause drops for years and have never had to take hormones. They are getting hard to find. I googled them and found them at Village Green Apothecary. I had never heard of Village Green and was a little leary of ordering from them, but I did anyway. They sent my order in a timely fashion with no problems.
good
When I was having reactions to everything, I tried MANY probiotics but reacted to all of them, finally I found this one, a low histamine probiotic...and it worked. Thank you :)
Makes us feel mentally more alert!rain
This is a great way for me to help my blood pressure. I would recommend.
I've been using this spray for a few years. Don't know how I'd get through sinus season without it!
