Simple Ways to Support Female Reproductive Health
Eat well – make sure you have a varied diet, with good fats (omega -3 rich, as in flax and fish oils) and lots of color! It’s especially important to support your liver with lots of dark leafy greens, fiber and liver-supportive herbs. It’s your liver’s job to process all of your hormones and if it’s sluggish, hormone levels can be imbalanced. Consider taking a multivitamin-mineral supplement. Our diets, no matter how good, may not be supplying all that...

READ MOREStay Away From Knee Extensions
The quadriceps (as well as the glutes) will develop most from full depth in squatting and lunging movements, as they are responsible for knee extension. Do not worry about isolating the quadriceps; they are the biggest muscle group in the body followed by the glutes at number two, and they will develop very easily from...

Try and find another 40 minutes per day. A new study that came out last week showed that women in their 40s who exercised at least one hour per day maintained their weight. So if you are trying to lose weight and can't figure out why, then you may want to look a little closer...

READ MOREDiet and Fertility
Sunday, I curled up on the couch to watch "Life," an 11 part documentary on Discovery Channel about just that: "LIFE." It takes a look at all living things on earth and the challenges they face everyday. It is an amazing show and definitely a must-see. One particular moment struck me. There was a lizard...

Spring is here! The shift into longer days and more sun has begun, and you may have begun going through your closets, pulling out those short-sleeve shirts, shorts, and other lighter spring/summer gear. from 590 reviewsThis probiotic helps keep my gut bacteria in check and my immune system in good condition.
Great service.
Just started taking this mag glycinate. Hoping it will help with sleep issues.
Highly recommended by my acupuncturist! It is a powerhouse!
I started useing this at first sign of tingling like others have mentioned and I reapply every two hours throughout the day . Its strong stuff just a thin layer needed. I'm on day 3 of use and my cold sore is 1/3 the size it normally gets . And no pain or irritation . I feel like it's starting to heal up already . Recommended to keep useing it even past the time you think it's going away. I really like this but have to eat tic tacos cause leaves strong taste in mouth . It's totally worth it !!!
I stated taking Nattokinase as part of a precautionary Spike protein detox. Since this is a preventative for me, not a corrective hard to tell if it’s working. But, it’s also supposed to help with Cardiovascular function.
it's very helpful to treat my allergies and sinus indeed. Works well!!! Thank you!!
Magnesium (citrate)
Gets rid of my cough quickly. Arrived promptly. I recommend.
I appreciate the very prompt and helpful service
I live in the desert. My sinus’s are always dry and in the spring I am bothered by allergies when certain plants start blooming. I prefer not to take allergy meds since they make me tired so I rely on this and herbal nasal spray to get me through.
I have used Newton's Menopause drops for years and have never had to take hormones. They are getting hard to find. I googled them and found them at Village Green Apothecary. I had never heard of Village Green and was a little leary of ordering from them, but I did anyway. They sent my order in a timely fashion with no problems.
good
When I was having reactions to everything, I tried MANY probiotics but reacted to all of them, finally I found this one, a low histamine probiotic...and it worked. Thank you :)
