Is Added Protein An Added Bonus?
Last time I checked, protein was a naturally present food compound, a macronutrient to be precise, and not a food ingredient. Apparently I haven’t checked in a while. A recent Wall Street Journal article (non-subscribers read here)...

Scary Foods to Make Yourself Eat: Sardines
We all have food preferences. Things we like, things we don’t like. Things we’ll eat but don’t care for and things that completely gross us out. Much of the time it is okay to let our palates drive our choices. But we must realize that our tastes will not always lead us in the healthiest...

Foods You Think Are Healthy - But They Aren't
Sometimes the food industry drives me nuts. Actually more than sometimes. I especially dislike when they try to “fool” consumers by spinning words to make foods sound healthy! For example, the other day I saw FAT FREE ORGANIC JELLY BEANS. Wow, doesn’t that sound great. They must be the best jelly beans and very good...

4 Supplements for Women’s Health
I like to keep everything in my life simple, including what supplements I take. Aside from a multivitamin and an essential fatty acid (which almost everyone should take), there are a few more nutrients that are critical, especially for women. Many of these can be achieved through a healthy diet, but sometimes even that is...

Great taste! Great stuff

Fermented Cod Liver Oil & Concentrated Butter Oil Blend - Capsule

Pantethine

I have used these Quick Stop bandages for years they are great. When I got them in the mail a day later my son’s dog scratched my arm real bad. I’m so glad I had them. It took 6 of the bandages to cover the wound. I wish that they had larger ones. I will always keep using them. Thank you so much.

This product is amazing! I take 2 capsules about 45-60 min before shutting off the lights, and I drift into blissful sleep. I have tried so many products to help my sleep, but this is by far the best!

Vitamin D + K2 Liquid

Whenever I have a urinary tract issue, I turn to Uri-Control for relief.

I feel confident that Core Minerals supplies my body with what it needs.

Great product. Great company. Fast shipping.

Biotin

I am prescribed this detox kit from my biotheraputic oncologist. Village Green has the best price around. This kit helps me get through flu season as an elementary school teacher.

This has been a game changer for me I feel much more healthier.

I have now ordered this beet powder several times. I add it to my morning smoothie. It dissolves well, there is no noticeable weird beet taste to it and it makes my smoothie a much more "palatable" looking reddish-pink color (rather than the dull gray-brown it used to be from the protein and other powders mixed in with it). I like that I am getting heart health and other benefits without having to regularly consume beets!
