Why We Have Obese Children
I walked into the room where my kids were watching TV. Within a few short minutes, I was bombarded with commercials for highly sugared, highly processed nutrient-void “sub foods.” These commercials promised fun, friendship and a way into the “in crowd.” What’s the REAL promise our children can count on? A future of obesity. Insulin resistance, heart disease, metabolic syndrome, diabetes and more. A lack of confidence because of the way they look and feel....

Dinner Tonight: White Bean Kale Soup

Boost Heart Health With These Two Nutrients
In our third installment of synergistic nutrients, folate and vitamin B6 share the spotlight. Alone, these two vitamins have valuable properties, but together they offer substantial heart health benefits. They work together to lower homocysteine levels, especially when combined with vitamin B12. High homocysteine levels have been linked to heart disease, macular degeneration, Alzheimer's and...

How to Boost Iron for Vegetarians
Last week I wrote about the powerful antioxidant potential when you combined ellagic acid and quercetin. This week's dynamic duo is targeted toward vegetarians: iron and vitamin C. Getting enough iron for vegetarians can be difficult. If your diet is mostly plant-based, you probably rely on tofu, legumes and spinach to get the iron you...

Boost Cancer Protection with These Two Nutrients
Two is better than one, especially when it comes to certain foods and their health benefits. Many foods contain nutrients that work synergistically. Great taste! Great stuff

Fermented Cod Liver Oil & Concentrated Butter Oil Blend - Capsule

Pantethine

I have used these Quick Stop bandages for years they are great. When I got them in the mail a day later my son’s dog scratched my arm real bad. I’m so glad I had them. It took 6 of the bandages to cover the wound. I wish that they had larger ones. I will always keep using them. Thank you so much.

This product is amazing! I take 2 capsules about 45-60 min before shutting off the lights, and I drift into blissful sleep. I have tried so many products to help my sleep, but this is by far the best!

Vitamin D + K2 Liquid

Whenever I have a urinary tract issue, I turn to Uri-Control for relief.

I feel confident that Core Minerals supplies my body with what it needs.

Great product. Great company. Fast shipping.

Biotin

I am prescribed this detox kit from my biotheraputic oncologist. Village Green has the best price around. This kit helps me get through flu season as an elementary school teacher.

This has been a game changer for me I feel much more healthier.

I have now ordered this beet powder several times. I add it to my morning smoothie. It dissolves well, there is no noticeable weird beet taste to it and it makes my smoothie a much more "palatable" looking reddish-pink color (rather than the dull gray-brown it used to be from the protein and other powders mixed in with it). I like that I am getting heart health and other benefits without having to regularly consume beets!
