Green Pasture's Fermented cod liver oil is head and shoulders above any other cod liver oil product. Conventional cod liver oil products under go so much processing that they are often damaged and have little or no nutritional benefit to the consumer - not this one though.

Fermented cod liver oil is not processed with any heat or pressure, it is processed exactly as it sounds - fermented. This ensures that none of the nutrients in this product are damaged.

• Omega-3 fatty acids – Fermented cod liver oil will contain the 3 most important omega-3 fatty acids: EPA, DHA and ALA. These are essential to the body, and ensure healthy brain, joints, immune systems and cardiovascular system. The omega-3 fatty acids in this product are much more bio-available than other cod liver oil supplements, so so your body will be able to absorb and utilize much more of what you consume.
• Vitamin A & D – All cod liver oil supplements will contains these vitamins, but often synthetic ones, which have been added in after extraction.
