Supplement Facts
Active ingredient: Bisacodyl (USP) 10 mg
Purpose: Stimulant laxative
Use: For relief of occasional constipation and irregularity; this product generally produces bowel movement in 15 minutes to 1 hour.
Warnings: For rectal use only. Ask a doctor before use if you have stomach pain, nausea or vomiting; noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that lasts more than 2 weeks. When using this product it may cause stomach discomfort, faintness, rectal burning and mild cramps. Stop use and ask a doctor if you have rectal bleeding or fail to have a bowel movement after using this product. These could be signs of a serious condition. You need to use a laxative for more than 1 week. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.

I've been using essential oil balms for aches and pains, and they definitely help but their smell is rather strong. Magsoothium cream, by contrast, has a mild, pleasant flowery smell. I use it when I go out and do find it effective for moderate pain. I also use it at bedtime on my calves, as the magnesium helps with leg cramps which often wake me up - and it might be helping me to sleep better as well! I first ordered the small size to test it out, but took advantage of a recent sale and ordered two of the large size.

Serotonin levels in the body are associated with the regulation of sleep, mood, aggression, appetite, temperature, sexual behavior, and pain sensation.*
