I have been using metagenics for many years and this is the best calcium supplement. It has helped me maintain bone strength and health.
The first two weeks I tried 5 mg and had a lot of issues with constipation so then I cut it down 1/4 teaspoon. The constipation went away after about two weeks but I am still having a little trouble with my stomach. I have cut it down 1/2 teaspoon. It does seem to be helping with muscle building though. I have been able to do 12 and 8 pound weights while previously I was doing 10 and only a few times with 8 pounds. All in all it seems to be working. I am 84 so I'm not a spring chicken.
I love this product,however,I will soon need more and you don't have any and that does not make me very happy.
