Probiotics for Weight Loss
Probiotics for weight loss? Yes, perhaps. A study published in the British Journal of Nutrition has found that certain probiotics could help women lose weight and keep it off. Studies have already demonstrated that the intestinal flora of obese individuals differs from that of thin people. That difference may be due to the fact that a diet high in fat and low in fiber promotes certain bacteria at the expense of...

Giving probiotics to patients on antibiotics could significantly reduce the incidence of clostridium difficile (C. diff) in hospitals, according to research from McMaster University and the Hospital for Sick Children published Tuesday in the Annals of Internal Medicine. The study found that using probiotics could reduce C. diff-associated diarrhea among patients taking antibiotics by 66%....

READ MORENutrient Depletion: Oral Contraceptives
Many people do not know that prescription medications can deplete your body of important nutrients, leaving you susceptible to other heath problems. Every week, I will post a blog about a commonly prescribed drug and what depletions it may cause. First off, oral contraceptives. Prescribed to prevent pregnancy, regulate menstrual cycles and, for some women,...

READ MOREPrebiotics (Say What?)
We have heard plenty about probiotics and how important these beneficial bacteria are for your health, but compelling studies show that prebiotics are equally important. Prebiotics are certain types of soluble fiber that help probiotics multiply. So what to prebiotics do? Well, here are just a few ways that prebiotics keep us healthy. Intestinal Health:...

READ MORETell the FDA to Save Antibiotics
This is the title of a recent article put out by the Human Health and Industrial Farming Campaign. Apparently, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is considering a rule that could weaken already-lenient controls on the use of antibiotics in food animal production. Right now many industrial farmers use antibiotics to compensate...

READ MOREBoost your Immune System with Probiotics
Okay, we have all seen the commercials that say 70% of our immune system is in the digestive tract. So is eating a yogurt enough to protect our immune system against all that is out there? Personally, I don't think so, but it is a start. The reason that yogurt may offer protective benefits is...

Great service.
Just started taking this mag glycinate. Hoping it will help with sleep issues.
Highly recommended by my acupuncturist! It is a powerhouse!
I started useing this at first sign of tingling like others have mentioned and I reapply every two hours throughout the day . Its strong stuff just a thin layer needed. I'm on day 3 of use and my cold sore is 1/3 the size it normally gets . And no pain or irritation . I feel like it's starting to heal up already . Recommended to keep useing it even past the time you think it's going away. I really like this but have to eat tic tacos cause leaves strong taste in mouth . It's totally worth it !!!
I stated taking Nattokinase as part of a precautionary Spike protein detox. Since this is a preventative for me, not a corrective hard to tell if it’s working. But, it’s also supposed to help with Cardiovascular function.
it's very helpful to treat my allergies and sinus indeed. Works well!!! Thank you!!
Magnesium (citrate)
Gets rid of my cough quickly. Arrived promptly. I recommend.
I appreciate the very prompt and helpful service
I live in the desert. My sinus’s are always dry and in the spring I am bothered by allergies when certain plants start blooming. I prefer not to take allergy meds since they make me tired so I rely on this and herbal nasal spray to get me through.
I have used Newton's Menopause drops for years and have never had to take hormones. They are getting hard to find. I googled them and found them at Village Green Apothecary. I had never heard of Village Green and was a little leary of ordering from them, but I did anyway. They sent my order in a timely fashion with no problems.
