Pregnancy and Vitamin D Status
Read the following article that I picked up at my doctor's office the other day. It is a nice overall piece about vitamin D deficiency and its role in almost every aspect of this important nutrient. More Know About Vitamin D Benefits By Don Sapatkin Amy McDonald, 34 weeks into her second pregnancy with gestational diabetes, was in for a routine checkup in Bala Cynwyd: blood pressure (fine), fetal heartbeat (loud), review of home blood-sugar monitoring (time-consuming). A...

Are Organic Foods Really Better for You?
This is a very relevant question to ask when making decisions about where to spend your hard-earned dollars. Frequently, though not always, organic foods cost more than non-organic or conventionally raised foods. Is the higher price really worth it? There are many reasons to buy organic besides purely human health, but according to a recent...

Could Gluten Be Affecting Your Health?
Something interesting happened to me a couple of weeks ago. It was almost 10 pm on a weeknight, I had just gotten home from a school meeting I had to go to after work. I was exhausted and hungry and did not want to go to bed with an empty stomach. Needless to say I...

How Mindful Eating Can Lead to Weight Loss
Did you know that the less awareness you bring to the table, the more you’ll need to eat and the greater your weight gain will be? How often do you eat your meals in front of the computer, checking emails and shoveling food in at the same time, or mindlessly watching TV, and going back...

Obesity Linked to Early Onset Puberty in Girls
The study, published Monday in the journal Pediatrics, looked at 1,239 girls aged 6 to 8. At age 7, 15% had started developing breasts; by age 8, that number had increased to 27%. Best I know of — have used it for years and take it everywhere

Love the chocolate flavor and it’s easy to blend

This works so quickly and provides an extremely nice calming feeling.

Curaphen

I already submitted a review!!! I even received a thank you note from your owner/president.

I highly recommend this product because it has helped me so much with IBS over the years (I use it whenever I have a flair up) but I use it because it was recommended to me by a medical professional. If you're having digestive problems see someone beyond your gastroenterologist for guidance. This product is not meant to fix the issue but it can help in recovery.

Take this to ward of Covid Spike toxicities.

I discovered that I was allergic to nickel when I was a teen. What I didn't realize is that there's a lot of nickel in foods, which I ate often for pleasure and fiber. Nuts, seeds, flax, legumes, kale, etc are out now that I'm older. I was looking for a non-nickel fiber supplement to help make up the difference in fiber that I can no longer get from foods. Clearfiber works quite well, has a neutral taste and blends well.

It contains medicine that works right away on migraines.....

Works great for dry mouth.

I take one each morning. I can feel the difference in my energy level.

I’ve been taking Boneup for a few years. I have osteoporosis which has not progressed based on scans.

After decades of undiagnosed dysbiosis, taking this product for only a hand of days fully reset my gut biome. I’d forgotten was normal was like!!!

I have been taking Glucosamine for several years and combined with MSM for a few years. This particular form is new for me. My arthritic knee has remained okay—no pain—since I began using glucosamine in its various forms.
Treat wonderful! Thank you.
