3 Tips to Help You Through The Aging Process
Let’s talk skin and aging. Everyone ages differently and there are many things that cause our skin to age. Some of these things we can’t help or change. But there is still hope for the things we can change. Anti-aging is referred to as the slowing, preventing, or reversing of the aging process. While we can’t stop the clock, there are things we can do to help ease our way through the anti-aging process.
Skin aging mostly involves the development of wrinkles and fine lines, loss of elasticity, rough skin texture, and skin discoloration. This can come as a shock as we begin to age. But like I said, there are things we can do to prepare and maintain.
Tips for Anti-Aging
Here are some my favorite tips to help you glide through anti-aging process:
1. Consider optimizing your skin care routine. Try out products that contain vitamin-C, which brightens tired or dull-looking skin. It also protects skin from environmental damage, such as pollution, free radicals, and UV rays. And don’t forget your SPF!
2. Research has found aloe vera to be an effective anti-aging agent. Adding aloe vera to your routine would be a great way to boost the production of collagen and reduce wrinkles. I personally use collagen mixed with cucumber cilantro juice daily. This helps to boost the collagen as cucumber is rich in silica, which is required to produce collagen.
3. Making certain lifestyle changes is another key element. This underlines diet and exercise and when you eat, be sure to eat wild! Fill your palette with red bell peppers and papayas which are rich in antioxidants and great for anti-aging. Remember we can make a lasting impact on our health just by watching what we eat.
