The Pleasure and Pain...of Sugar
A few days ago, 60 Minutes aired an episode where Dr. Sanjay Gupta reported that sugar, in the way it’s being consumed today, is a toxin. The word toxin sounds very serious, especially when talking about sweets and treats we love, crave, and feed our families. But the reality is that many Americans eat a SAD diet. No, that’s not a Standard American Diet, but a Sad American Diet. For many of us, our diets are filled with sugar, dangerous...

Stay Slim with Chocolate!
This is my kind of study! New research published in the Archives of Internal Medicine has found that people who eat a small amount of chocolate are thinner than those who eat chocolate less often. Although this study did not specify the type of chocolate, cocoa (which is most present in dark chocolate) is rich...

Make Your Own Baby Food
As my daughter rounded the 6-month mark, I began to think about what sorts of foods I would start her on. I perused the grocery aisles and was not impressed with the selection, even with the organic and natural varieties. They seemed colorless and bland, and when I read the ingredients lists, water was near...

Supplements for Babies & Toddlers
Yesterday I wrote about making baby food; today I am writing about what supplements a baby should have. I do get quite a few questions regarding this topic, and even yesterday, someone emailed me a question about vitamins for their toddler. Here is my take on giving supplements to infants and toddlers. Nursing infants under...

New Guidelines for Sinus Infections: NO ANTIBIOTICS
New guidelines by the Infectious Diseases Sociey of America (IDSA) say that treating sinus infections with antibiotics (standard practice in the US ) won't help most cases and may actually do more harm. Holistic Dental Health
The past few weeks have been an interesting dental adventure. I hadn't gone to the movies in a long time and about a month ago my boyfriend and I decided to go. I was excited, not so much for the movie, but because I was really looking forward to sitting in front of the big...

Great taste! Great stuff

Fermented Cod Liver Oil & Concentrated Butter Oil Blend - Capsule

Pantethine

I have used these Quick Stop bandages for years they are great. When I got them in the mail a day later my son’s dog scratched my arm real bad. I’m so glad I had them. It took 6 of the bandages to cover the wound. I wish that they had larger ones. I will always keep using them. Thank you so much.

This product is amazing! I take 2 capsules about 45-60 min before shutting off the lights, and I drift into blissful sleep. I have tried so many products to help my sleep, but this is by far the best!

Vitamin D + K2 Liquid

Whenever I have a urinary tract issue, I turn to Uri-Control for relief.

I feel confident that Core Minerals supplies my body with what it needs.

Great product. Great company. Fast shipping.

Biotin

I am prescribed this detox kit from my biotheraputic oncologist. Village Green has the best price around. This kit helps me get through flu season as an elementary school teacher.

This has been a game changer for me I feel much more healthier.

I have now ordered this beet powder several times. I add it to my morning smoothie. It dissolves well, there is no noticeable weird beet taste to it and it makes my smoothie a much more "palatable" looking reddish-pink color (rather than the dull gray-brown it used to be from the protein and other powders mixed in with it). I like that I am getting heart health and other benefits without having to regularly consume beets!
