Health Practitioner Brands – Discounts and Restrictions

As many of our customers already know, Village Green carries many excellent, hard-to-find healthcare practitioner brands of supplements. There is sometimes confusion about pricing and how to purchase these products online. Here is some clarification on questions you may have.
RESTRICTED BRANDS.
You will notice that some brands on our Village Green website go to a blank page that says “This manufacturer requires screening of customers. You must apply for access to purchase this Restricted Brand.” These brands include 4 Life, Douglas Labs, Klaire Labs, Pure Encapsulations, Tyler/Integrative Therapeutics, and Xymogen.
Follow these steps to gain access to these brands: 1) You must have an account with Village Green. It's easy to create an account, and you can do it using this link. 2) Sign up to gain access to Restricted Practitioner Brands by filling out this brief form. Your application will be processed within 24-48 hours and we will get back with you to confirm your request. 3) When you shop at myvillagegreen.com, you will need to login to your account to see products for these Restricted Brands.You can navigate to all brands from the Products tab on the home page.
PRICING.
Some of our practitioner brands do not require special access to purchase, but they have strict criteria that does not allow us to discount their products on the web. These brands include Metagenics, Thorne, Innate, and Nordic Naturals. You will need to call us at 800-869-9159 so that we can place your order and apply any discounts (or you can shop in-store to receive the discounts).
