Protector solar seguro y eficaz

Cada año, el Environmental Working Group (EWG), una organización sin fines de lucro que utiliza información pública para proteger la salud y el medio ambiente, publica una lista de protectores solares seguros y fiables. La lista incluye protectores solares de compañías como Badger y California Baby, que utilizan dióxido de titanio como bloqueador solar.
También encontraron que una forma de vitamina A (palmitato de retinilo) que se encuentra en muchos protectores solares puede en realidad acelerar el desarrollo de tumores y lesiones cutáneas en animales de laboratorio.
