I've been coming to the Apothecary for years for supplements that I read about and seek their advice on efficacy and best form of ingestion to get the True Value of some of the nutrients and minerals we may be lacking. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and explain the differences between Brands and formulations of supplements that, to an uninformed person, would look to be identical. I count on their advice and appreciate their expertise.

Organic Chamomile with Lavender

I've been using essential oil balms for aches and pains, and they definitely help but their smell is rather strong. Magsoothium cream, by contrast, has a mild, pleasant flowery smell. I use it when I go out and do find it effective for moderate pain. I also use it at bedtime on my calves, as the magnesium helps with leg cramps which often wake me up - and it might be helping me to sleep better as well! I first ordered the small size to test it out, but took advantage of a recent sale and ordered two of the large size.
