My doc wants me to take this and methyl B12 because my homocysteine is too high and I have the MTHFR gene mutation. I haven’t taken it long enough to see any difference in homocysteine levels, but I do notice a couple positive things: 1. My hair has stopped falling out by the hands full, 2. The myriad of seborrheic keratosis “barnacles” that I have all over have started to disappear.
Unfortunately, this stuff is like pure speed to my system. I have to take it very early in the morning and now have to take melatonin to sleep. Still experimenting with how much and what kind. Could be worse I guess !
