i like the product. I believe it is working I am begining to see som hair growth
I've been using essential oil balms for aches and pains, and they definitely help but their smell is rather strong. Magsoothium cream, by contrast, has a mild, pleasant flowery smell. I use it when I go out and do find it effective for moderate pain. I also use it at bedtime on my calves, as the magnesium helps with leg cramps which often wake me up - and it might be helping me to sleep better as well! I first ordered the small size to test it out, but took advantage of a recent sale and ordered two of the large size.

I have been taking Nordic Algae Omega for several years now. I take one a day. I don't know exactly how you know if a supplement is working but I am 84 and so far continue to be in good health so I will give it some credit.
Used the product as directed. Bottle is more that half done. DID NOT WORK!!!!!!

I have been using metagenics for many years and this is the best calcium supplement. It has helped me maintain bone strength and health.
I love the product although its unreliable as its out of stock frequently.
I actually think that it is working. I had some constipation issues the first two weeks but then they disappeared. I also had some minor problems with my stomach. I cut the dose down a little bit and I'm not having anymore problems. Presently I am doing better in my weight lifting and am up from 10 pounds to 13 pounds in some exercises and from 5 pounds to 8 pounds in others so we will see how this goes. I am 84 so that must be taken into consideration. Will plan on buying more when needed.
I love this product,however,I will soon need more and you don't have any and that does not make me very happy.
