Q: What is a Nutrition Expert?

A: Our Nutrition Experts have a background in Nutrition and/or Health sciences and are knowledgeable about our products as well as nutrition, diet and healthy lifestyle habits. Our Nutrition Experts are available to answer your product or nutrition questions via phone or email, 7 days a week, 9 am - 7 pm.

Q: Can a Nutrition Expert tell me what a particular nutrition product is for, or how to use it?

A: A Nutrition Expert can provide basic product information by email or phone, but for in-depth information specific to your body, health history, individual concerns, or a professional opinion, we recommend you schedule a private consultation. Scheduled consultations are available by phone or by video.

Q: How do I unlock my scores and get my recommendations?

A: After you have completed the questionnaire, our AI-driven smart tool will calculate three scores for you – total body Health, Metabolic, and Toxin. Located on your dashboard, these scores give you important insights into your current health status and serve as a great way for you to track your progress as you make healthy changes over time. In addition, your dashboard will also have your customized diet, lifestyle, and nutrient recommendations that have been created for you. Please note, adding data points, such as lab values and DNA results provide very valuable information about your health and disease risks. When combined with the answers from questionnaire, your scores and customized recommendations will become even more tailored.

Q: Can I purchase a membership for someone else?

A: We don’t currently have an option to gift a membership but you can still purchase a membership for someone else. You will need to enter their information and create a login for them.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

A: To cancel your Humanized Plus membership, click your name at the top right corner of the dashboard (to the right of the health scores).
Click 'Manage Memberships' then under 'Actions' click 'Cancel'.

Q: What if I don’t see a supplement I am looking for?

A: If you are looking for a particular supplement, and don’t see it listed on our site, please contact one of our nutrition experts who can assist you with purchasing items.

Labs/Testing

Q: I already have labs from my doctor. Can I upload those into my Membership Dashboard?

A: If you already have lab results, please contact one of our nutrition experts and they will show you how to load this information into your Membership Dashboard.

Shipping

Q: How does free shipping work?

A: As a Humanized Plus member, you qualify for free shipping on orders over $40 (only within the continental U.S.) The shipping fee for orders under $40 is $7.95.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Your order typically ships by the next weekday after your order is placed. You should receive tracking information via email after your order has shipped. If your order contains any out-of-stock items, we will notify you. You will have the option to cancel the backordered product(s), hold your order until the backordered product(s) arrive (usually 7-10 days) and all items will be shipped together, or we can split the shipment. You will be charged for each order shipped.

Standard Shipping - Please allow 3-7 business days from ship date for delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories - $9.95

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of shipment for delivery.

UPS 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air - For faster delivery, you can have your order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air for an additional charge. (Orders placed after 12:00 pm do not process until the next business day. All orders received over the weekend from Friday to Sunday will not be processed until Monday morning, then will be shipped within 24 hrs.)

International Shipping (including Canada) - International shipping is not available for most countries at this time. We may be able to ship your order internationally but you will need to contact us for a quote on shipping charges. We do not ship drugs and compounds internationally.

Sales Tax - Sales tax will be charged where applicable.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Products may be return with the following conditions (minus shipping charges).

Pathway brand supplements:

  • Pathway supplements may be returned for a full refund within 90 days.

Other nutritional supplements:

  • Unopened supplements may be returned for a full refund within 30 days or for a store credit within 90 days.
  • Opened supplements may be returned for store credit within 90 days.

Personal care products

  • May be returned within 30 days only if they are still sealed and in resaleable condition.

CBD products

  • May be returned within 30 days only if they are still sealed and in resaleable condition.
  • Opened products may not be returned for refund or store credit.

The following items may not be returned:

  • Refrigerated items
  • Special order items
