Snack Today: Spring Pea Hummus
Last week I took my kids to a farm show at the local arena. It was geared towards kids and gave them hands-on learning experience from shearing sheep, to milking cows to making recipes with local spring produce. One of the recipes was pea hummus and my the kids couldn't get enough. Hummus is usually made with chick peas, but the substitution of the bright green peas brings a very spring flavor...

READ MORELunch Today: Carrot Ribbon Salad
Carrots may not be the hip new veggie but they are one of my favorites. Super versatile, the carrot can be eaten raw, steamed, stir fried, stewed, and shredded. Carrots also have countless health benefits. High in beta carotene, which is converted to vitamin A in the...

READ MORESnack Today: Maple Granola
A tapped maple tree with a bucket catching the sap, and boiling the sap. It is maple syrup-making time around these parts. We are lucky enough to live in an area where maple syrup is in abundance and seeing the process from tapping to pouring it...

READ MOREDessert Tonight: Chocolate Green Smoothie
Personally, this could easily be a meal on-the-go. I have been trying to get my kids to eat avocados and they refuse, and then a friend told me to puree it with milk and cocoa powder. Not only was it a hit, my kids thought they were...

READ MOREDinner Tonight: Spring Asparagus
Although you can get asparagus all year round, there is no comparison to the taste of fresh, seasonal asparagus. For me it is one of the first signs of what spring and summer produce has to offer. Asparagus is a nutrient dense powerhouse. It is low in...

Versions of this recipe have been popping up all over social media. I finally decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. Overnight oatmeal is ideal for those who have no time for breakfast. Prepared in the evening, all you have to...

READ MOREDinner Tonight: Spring Vegetable Stew
After all the recent posts on winter, I decided I needed to look on the bright side and spring forward! Spring is around the corner (isn't that what the groundhog promised?), so in hopeful anticipation, I have decided to make this stew. I made it a few...

READ MOREDinner Tonight: Beet Pancakes
This is a sneaky and delicious way to get your children to benefit from beets, especially if they are picky eaters. These pancakes are served routinely at my daughter's daycare. Beets are rich in folate, as...

READ MOREDinner Tonight: Sweet Potato and Lentil Soup
All this snow has me pulling out the soup pots. Soup is the perfect warming meal for days when you can't go anywhere. This one in particular has a bit of Thai flair to it. You will need red curry paste. I use Thai Kitchen Red Curry...

READ MORESnack Tonight: Beet and Walnut Dip
When I think of a food that is a nutrient powerhouse, the deep red-colored beet always comes to mind. Beets contain the powerful antioxidant betacyanin, which several studies have shown helps both to fight and prevent various types of cancer, especially colon cancer....

Great service.
Just started taking this mag glycinate. Hoping it will help with sleep issues.
Highly recommended by my acupuncturist! It is a powerhouse!
I started useing this at first sign of tingling like others have mentioned and I reapply every two hours throughout the day . Its strong stuff just a thin layer needed. I'm on day 3 of use and my cold sore is 1/3 the size it normally gets . And no pain or irritation . I feel like it's starting to heal up already . Recommended to keep useing it even past the time you think it's going away. I really like this but have to eat tic tacos cause leaves strong taste in mouth . It's totally worth it !!!
I stated taking Nattokinase as part of a precautionary Spike protein detox. Since this is a preventative for me, not a corrective hard to tell if it’s working. But, it’s also supposed to help with Cardiovascular function.
it's very helpful to treat my allergies and sinus indeed. Works well!!! Thank you!!
Magnesium (citrate)
Gets rid of my cough quickly. Arrived promptly. I recommend.
I appreciate the very prompt and helpful service
I live in the desert. My sinus’s are always dry and in the spring I am bothered by allergies when certain plants start blooming. I prefer not to take allergy meds since they make me tired so I rely on this and herbal nasal spray to get me through.
I have used Newton's Menopause drops for years and have never had to take hormones. They are getting hard to find. I googled them and found them at Village Green Apothecary. I had never heard of Village Green and was a little leary of ordering from them, but I did anyway. They sent my order in a timely fashion with no problems.
good
When I was having reactions to everything, I tried MANY probiotics but reacted to all of them, finally I found this one, a low histamine probiotic...and it worked. Thank you :)
