Super Bowl Snack: Nut Dip

Posted on by Paula Gallagher

The Super Bowl is this coming Sunday. Whether you watch it for the game, or the commercials, or for the half-time show, snacking is a big part of the event. Wings, chips and creamy dips are the common go-to game time snacks, but this healthy vegan nut dip will have everyone going nuts over it! Nuts are rich in heart-healthy fats and a variety of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Research shows that eating nuts daily may promote good health. Studies have shown that nuts may reduce the risk for developing chronic diseases such as heart disease and diabetes, likely by helping to improve cholesterol and blood sugar numbers. Made with raw ingredients, this dip is easy to prepare and is a perfect snack to eat anytime. Serve it with raw veggies, or as a spread on crackers and breads.

Nut Dip
