-   Purified water, Povidone-Iodine, Xylitol, Vitamin D3, Polysorbate, Gellan Gum, Natural Carrageenan, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Glycerin, Disodium Phosphate, Sodium Hydroxide.

**Directions:**

-   **Adults & children over 6 years of age:** 1 spray in each nostril no more than 3 times in any 24-hour period.
-   **Children under 6 years of age:** Consult a doctor.

**_SHAKE VIGOROUSLY_** _before each use, remove the cap, and spray directly up the nostril quickly and firmly. Do not tilt your head backward while spraying. Wipe the spray nozzle clean and secure the cap following using. Do not share applicators._
