**Suggested Use:**

-   Suggested use is based on an average adult weight of 150 lbs (68 kg). Dose can be adjusted for individual needs and based on weight.
-   Adults and children age 12+, take 2 capsules daily. You can take 2 capsules every 3-4 hours or as needed. For more advanced use, take 3-4 capsules three times daily.
-   Children ages 6-11: take 1 capsule daily. You can take 1 capsule every 3-4 hours or as needed. For more advanced use, take 2 capsules three times daily.
-   Pregnant and nursing women, and children under 5: consult a medical practitioner.  
    

**What to Expect:**

Results are usually seen within 30 minutes to an hour. Take with or without food. Capsule can be opened and the powder added to water or combined with food. Taste is similar to a mild herbal tea.
