# ELECAMPANE EXTRACT

Traditional support for the respiratory system.

We prepare our **Elecampane extract** from the root of Inula helenium plants grown on our own Certified Organic farms in southern Oregon. The root is harvested only in its second-year of growth, carefully shade-dried, then thoroughly extracted.

**Suggested Use:**

-   Shake Well Before Using.
-   Adults: Add 1 squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 4 times per day.
-   Best taken between meals.

**How To Take:**

-   **Squeeze** \- Shake bottle well, open and squeeze the dropper bulb once.
-   **Drop** \- Release the recommended serving (as per each label) into at least 2 oz. of water or juice (or more depending on the label instructions)
-   **Drink** \- For the best results, repeat this process as directed by the Suggested Use instruction on the product label.
