**How To Take:**

-   **Squeeze** \- Shake bottle well, open and squeeze the dropper bulb once.
-   **Drop** - Release the recommended serving (as per each label) into at least 2 oz. of water or juice (or more depending on the label instructions)
-   **Drink** \- For the best results, repeat this process as directed by the Suggested Use instruction on the product label.

**Adults:** Add 1 squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 4 times per day.
