**Dosage**

-   Adults and children 7 years of age and older: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Then, take 2 tablets 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved.
-   Children 2 to 6 years of age: Dissolve 2 tablets in 1 tablespoon of water for easier intake. Follow directions above.
-   Children under 2 years of age: Ask a doctor.

**Instructions**

-   Do not use if glued carton end flaps are open or if the blister seal is broken
-   Store below 86°F (30°C)

**Stop Use Indications**

-   For external use only.
-   Do not use if you are allergic to Arnica montana, Harpagophytum, or to any of this product's inactive ingredients with other topical products for pain.
-   When using this product avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, wounds, damaged or irritated skin. Use only as directed
-   Do not tightly wrap or bandage the treated area
-   Do not apply heat or ice to the treated area immediately before or after use.
-   Stop use and ask a doctor if condition persists for more than 7 days or worsens symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days.
-   Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
