**Suggested Use:**

Suggested use is based on an average adult weight of 150 lbs (68 kg).

-   Take orally. Dose by weight if known, or by age. Repeat dose ever 4-8 hours as needed. May be used long term or temporarily as needed, especially during seasonal transitions.
-   One full dropper = 1 mL.
-   Pregnant and nursing women, and children under 2 (under 24 lbs): consult a medical practitioner.
-   Ages 2-5 (24-47 lbs): take 1/2 mL. For more advanced use, take 1 mL every 2-4 hours for 1-2 days.
-   Ages 6-11 (48-95 lbs): take 1 mL. For more advanced use, take 2-3 mL every 2-4 hours for 1-2 days.
-   Age 12 or older (over 95 mL): take 2 mL daily. For more advanced use, take 4-6 mL every 2-4 hours for 1-2 days.

**What to Expect:**

Results are usually seen within 30 minutes to an hour. Take with or without food.
