Prenatal and Nursing Formula also contains chelates such as Ferrochel chelated iron – a bioavailable, non-constipating form of iron. Vitamin D (50 mcg or 2,000 IU) to meet increased needs for fetal growth and bone development.

**Suggested Use:**

Adults: 3 capsules per day with food or as directed by your healthcare professional. Not intended for children.

Made without common allergens: milk/casein, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, gluten, soybeans, and sesame. No synthetic colors or flavors.
