# LIQUID MAGNESIUM CITRATE

**Bluebonnet’s Liquid Magnesium Citrate** is formulated with a special, water-soluble form of magnesium chelated to citrate in a delicious mixed berry flavor. Magnesium is required in over 300 biochemical reactions in the body but is primarily known to calm the mind and body, support restful sleep, bone density, immune and heart health.

**Free of** milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans and sesame.

Also free of gluten, barley, rice and sodium.

**Directions:**
