## Village Green Apothecary - Return Policy

Products may be returned with the following conditions (minus shipping charges).

**Pathway brand supplements:**

-   Pathway supplements may be returned for a full refund if unopened and in resalable condition within 100 days.
-   Opened Pathway supplements may be returned for store credit within 100 days.

**Other** **nutritional supplements:**

-   Unopened and in resalable condition supplements may be returned for a full refund within 30 days or for a store credit within 100 days.
-   Opened supplements may be returned for store credit within 100 days.

**Personal care products**

-   May be returned within 30 days only if they are still sealed and in resalable condition.

**The following items may not be returned:**

-   Refrigerated items
-   Books
-   Over-the-counter (OTC) items
-   Prescriptions and compounds
-   Special order products
-   Braces and personal wear
