# Bethesda Green Gala: October 5

Village Green Apothecary has been a longtime supporter of Bethesda Green (in Bethesda, MD) and its efforts to make our world a greener and healthier place. Bethesda Green brings business, government and community together through programs and services to promote a healthy economy and sustainable living practices in order to reduce our collective impact on the environment. On Wednesday, October 5, 2011, they will be hosting the Bethesda Green Gala, “An evening of inspiration, celebration and community recognition of local green champions.” Highlights include awards presentations, a seasonal menu, and an auction featuring sustainable gifts and services.
